My brother is in South America

My brother and three of his friends decided to ditch the common adventure “backpacking Europe” and are currently backpacking South Am. This is pretty badass if you ask me. They will be gone for about 4 months and have virtually no itenerary. Their blog is located here.

Here is an exerpt from their first post by Chad:

“we all smelled rather pungent after not having showered for six days and being covered with sweat, salt water, and sun screen, not to mention the fact that we were sleeping within arms distance of a manually flushing toilet that none of us could seem to figure out, and were reminded of our ignorance repeatedly by the captain.”
